What People Say About Them

Jim Allen, Director of Factual and Entertainment ITV: " Chris is a class act with a track record that is hugely impressive over many years. He is good with people, calm under pressure, creative and imaginative and executes with precision and passion. A senior hire who always delivers, which is why I went back to him time and again."

Creative Director: "For a big gameshow - Chris is one of the very best I've worked with. His experience is second to none. Great at assembling and running a happy team too."

Oliver Deacon, Senior Producer: "I would highly recommend Chris, he is one of the best leaders I’ve had the privilege to work with in the industry. Chris is an exceptional communicator who empowers his team to thrive in their roles while ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward the same vision. His leadership creates an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and driven to deliver the best possible results."

The Human Behind The CV

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chris studied Theatre, Film and Television at UCLA before working in the city’s live theatre scene, producing shows at some of its most creative companies. That grounding in performance and storytelling still shapes his approach today. He’s now bi-continental, splitting life and work between the UK and US (holding passports for both), and has spent months at a time in far-flung corners of the world: from Australia and Namibia to Brazil and Thailand, setting up productions.
Outside the industry, he’s a traveller, film buff and lover of good food, though after years of jungle shoots and desert camps, he jokes that his definition of “luxury” is now just a reliable shower and Wi-Fi.

Chris is one of those rare showrunners who can drop into any format, no matter how ambitious, and instantly see the structure, rhythm and audience hook. With two decades of experience spanning I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! to Beast Games, he’s as comfortable in the control gallery as he is deep in the jungle. He’s a creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure, combining sharp editorial instincts with calm leadership and genuine humour. Teams trust him because he makes even the biggest builds and wildest challenges feel achievable, and commissioners trust him because he always delivers a show that works, on screen and off.
