What People Say About Them

Kari Lia, Exec Producer: "Sasha is an extremely professional, phenomenally intelligent Producer. She has a strong sense of story and is driven to do her best possible work. She is an asset to any team."

Peter Beard, Exec Producer: "Sasha is a truly talented producer. Not only is she incredible at getting contributors on board and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and looked after, but she is also very editorially astute with a natural ability as a story teller."

Lucas Tong, Researcher: "Sasha was a brilliant producer to work under, I’ve struggled to find better collaborators since moving on to other jobs. She’s incredibly intelligent, yet kind and inclusive. She really cares about contributors and outcomes, and holds her teams to great standards, but in a supportive, nurturing, expansive way. I learnt so much working with her. I always felt like we were doing things right, with the most integrity, and had a great time whilst doing so."

The Human Behind The CV

Sasha is a professionally fluent French and Spanish speaker with a First from Oxford and is as committed crafting textiles as she is to storytelling. When she's not shaping a doc, she can be found elbow-deep in a basket of wool, or under a new quilt she's created.
Beyond the quiet patience of the stitch, she can also be found hiking high altitudes including the Himalayas (putting her hostile environments First-Aid Training to the test!)

Before stepping into documentaries, Sasha worked as an Assistant Director on feature films, with Paddington 2 still ranking as one of her proudest credits. She also continues to work across drama and factual drama alongside her main docs work, bringing a valuable eye for detail and performance to every project.

Sasha’s the kind of producer who doesn’t just get access – she earns it. Her contributors trust her because she puts in the graft, brings compassion into every conversation, and stays relentlessly focused on telling their stories with care and integrity. Whether she’s shaping a feature doc from scratch, wrangling global contributors across multiple time zones, or steering high-stakes projects through post, Sasha brings intellectual rigour, emotional intelligence, and a touch of magic to everything she does. She’s also quietly fierce – ambitious for her teams, her films, and the people in them – and more than ready to take the reins on bigger, bolder productions.
