What People Say About Them
Line Producer: "Francesca as my Production Executive has always been incredibly supportive sometimes under difficult circumstances. She is very calm under pressure and has great people skills"
Series / Exec Producer: "I have worked with Francesca for many years and she is the same whatever the project. She cares equally about the work and the people making it. Diligent, smart and knowledgeable but also relaxed, upbeat, fun and encouraging - Francesca is a joy to work with and a very safe pair of hands."
The Human Behind The CV
Francesca grew up between Surrey and Italy as one of six siblings, with annual family trips back to the same beloved Italian spot; a tradition she treasures. She trained in Musical Theatre at ArtsEd before moving into television, and her dual British–Italian nationality has shaped her love of culture and connection. Known for her positive, grounding presence, Francesca brings warmth, fun and a people-first spirit to everything she does. She’s the first to hit a dance floor, happiest in the sunshine, and takes pride in her strong sense of loyalty, family and morals. Now in her own “reinvention era”, she’s ready to shine in whatever comes next.

Francesca is the calm in the storm of production. She’s the person who can juggle multimillion-pound budgets, complex compliance, and last-minute curveballs without breaking stride. Her leadership style is rooted in trust and collaboration—she cares as much about the people as the product, which makes her teams feel supported and motivated. Whether she’s steering a flagship series like Taskmaster or shaping a new format for global markets, Francesca brings clarity, foresight, and a dash of creative flair to every challenge. She’s pragmatic, upbeat, and the kind of safe pair of hands that commissioners love.
