What People Say About Them
Kiera Spilsbury, Series Producer: "Graham is an incredibly driven and passionate director. He's extremely creative and you trust that his framing and coverage will look beautiful, as most proven by his interview frames in Rob & Romesh Vs, which are always a standout. He loves to collaborate and is open to working with the team as a whole, which is very refreshing and makes for a smooth time on location."
Sophie Barr, Senior PM: "Graham is collaborative, kind and professional and holds himself to high standards - would always work with again."
Lilly Ricketts, PM: "Graham is so great to work with, he has a super creative approach which always makes things look gorgeous! He's great at problem solving on dynamic and challenging filming schedules and always considerate to other departments' pressures."
The Human Behind The CV
Graham's career has taken him from the live chaos of Big Brother and the joyful glitter-bomb of CD:UK (Beastie Boys interview being a career highlight), to directing high-octane adventure series across six continents. When he's not choreographing multi-cam shoots in the jungles of Indonesia or coaxing performances out of talent in sub-zero Scandinavia, he’s often found, stills camera in hand, trying to channel Saul Leiter without frightening passers-by.
He’s a sub-three-hour marathon runner (and still dining out on it), a campervan escape artist, and a BBQ obsessive who co-parents 2 brilliant daughters week-on/week-off.
Aesthetics matter to him: whether it’s a beautifully considered frame, a sleek style guide, or the perfect crust on a steak (it’s all in the rub). Calm, curious and always up for a wild swim, Graham lives as adventurously off-set as he directs on it.

Graham’s one of those directors who just gets it. He’s technically brilliant, visually inventive, and a natural collaborator. Producers love his sense of story, crews love his calm, and commissioners love that he always delivers. With BAFTA, RTS and Broadcast-winning credits already under his belt, he’s now setting his sights on global streamer projects — and there’s no doubt he’s ready for that next big leap.
