Fletch grew up in the Middle East and has continued travelling the world through his production career, never setting off without his essentials: a stash of Dairy Milk and Yorkshire Tea (red label only). When he's not managing complex shoots in extreme locations, he's an avid sports fan with a particular weakness for Star Wars. He lives with his young daughter, a Boxer dog, and a wonderfully patient wife who fully understands the unpredictable world of TV production.
